    Richard Bingham is an applications architect currently working in the Oracle Developer Relations Team, helping customers and partners build customizations, extensions, and integrations on the Oracle Fusion Applications platform. Richard joined Oracle in 1999 and, prior to moving to Oracle Product Development, was part of Oracle Support, delivering and developing support services across a range of applications products, with a large percentage of time devoted to Oracle E-Business Suite. He is a certified ITIL V3 practitioner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, and an accredited assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, awarding professional certifications to a wide range of organizations. Richard is the author of Managing Oracle Fusion Applications.
